Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to perform service work in Hallmark departments across various retail stores. You will restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a handheld device, ensuring displays meet brand standards.

Seasonal demand drives higher hours around holidays; typical weekly hours are 8–12. You may work weekends and holidays as needed, with eligible voluntary benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a handheld device, interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: workload increases around major holidays with extended hours and possible weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with fixtures, relocating cards, and remodel tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
