Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Case Runner to deliver guest amenities to rooms promptly and with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

You will restock supplies, assist the Bell Captain, help with luggage, and maintain a clean, organized guest services area while communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates.

Prior hospitality experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required; training will be provided to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English
• Must read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Must write simple correspondence
• Must present information to guests, clients and employees clearly
• Able to perform basic math with dollars and time formats
• Knows 24-hour and military time systems
• Understands rates applicable to time passed

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest amenities to rooms promptly and courteously.
• Restock supplies and assist the Bell Captain at the desk.
• Provide occasional luggage assistance when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized guest services area and uphold Towne Park etiquette.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
