Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate at Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach, SC. This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, processing transactions at the POS, and supporting merchandising tasks to keep the store inviting and organized.

You'll work a flexible schedule, including peak shopping days, and follow Buckle’s policies and code of ethics while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Ability to stand and perform customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and know how to prevent or handle theft situations.
