Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill seeks a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our farm experience in Armada, MI. You will engage visitors across tasting rooms, grounds, and retail spaces, answering questions and promoting seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests, start conversations, and maintain upbeat energy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and engage across grounds, tastings, and retail areas.
• Solicit and relay guest feedback and NPS information.
• Resolve concerns promptly with genuine care and follow-through.
• Share guest insights with the Guest Experience team and leadership.
• Flex across guest-facing areas during peak fall periods and events.
