Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for our Hillside Village location in Cedar Hill, TX. You’ll help guests, run POS transactions, and keep displays tidy.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to greet guests and answer questions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
