Job summary

Buckle in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will greet Guests, assist with questions, and process transactions at the POS.

You will support merchandising, maintain displays up to ten feet high, learn Buckle policies, and contribute to a clean, secure store environment. No prior experience is required, and flexible weekend scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions at the POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, payments, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts; act to prevent or handle situations.
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays (up to 10 feet).
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
