Job summary

Filoli in Woodside, CA seeks a Seasonal Experience Representative to warmly greet visitors and manage parking, ticketing, and arrival flow. You will rotate across parking areas, the visitor entrance, House, and Gardens, solving guest questions on the spot and ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure.

The role is outdoors, with shifts primarily evenings and weekends, 8–20 hours/week, 3.5 days minimum, and an hourly rate of $26.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or museum experience is a plus.
• Comfortable outdoors and able to stand/walk long shifts; valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reservation/POS systems (Altru experience a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parking operations and direct traffic flow during peak days.
• Process admissions and ticketing using Altru or related software; assist guests.
• Open/close estate areas and maintain front-line guest readiness.
