Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Midland Park Mall is seeking an Educator for a seasonal popup to deliver exceptional guest service and product education. You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and support omnichannel and in-store programs while maintaining the luxury store environment.

You will work with a diverse team, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and help create a welcoming, inclusive guest experience. This seasonal role requires flexibility and the ability to lift and move boxes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate guest transactions and support omnichannel programs as applicable.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
