Job summary

ELS is hiring for a Seasonal Front Desk Clerk in Deerfield Beach, Florida. You will provide exceptional guest and resident service, acting as the property liaison and handling inquiries in person and by phone.

The role includes processing payments and deposits, running reports, and submitting maintenance requests to keep the office efficient. You will collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure timely, professional responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as property liaison, providing guests and residents information in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to keep office efficient.
