Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal grounds work to keep areas clean and well-maintained per FRED standards (debris cleanup, planting, weeding, lawn upkeep, dog stations).
• Assist in cleaning and stocking common areas (bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, community rooms).
• Handle light maintenance tasks (change bulbs, test alarms, paint, prep apartments).
• Winter months require mandatory hours for snow events.
