Job summary

Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Team Member for White Lake RV & Fishing Resort. The role involves hands-on maintenance, landscaping, and guest-ready upkeep to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests this summer season.

This seasonal position offers both full-time and part-time options with weekend and holiday availability. You’ll work outdoors, perform basic repairs, and support daily resort operations as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, construction, or skilled trades preferred.
• Experience using small engine equipment such as lawn mower, chainsaw, leaf blower, etc.
• Previous campground or resort experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the outdoors and pride in maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & property care: maintain grounds, amenities and common areas to Pinnacle standards.
• Facilities & maintenance: assist with repairs and painting; keep washrooms clean and functional.
• Guest & team support: respond to guest needs professionally and collaborate with teams.
• General: follow safety policies, use tools responsibly, and perform other duties as assigned.
