Equity LifeStyle Properties in Jefferson, OH is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeping & Maintenance associate for Kenisee Lake RV Campground. You will perform groundskeeping, light maintenance, painting, and upkeep to keep the property safe, clean, and inviting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor, weekend and holiday availability, and a focus on customer service in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Previous grounds keeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency including email/internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas; keep areas clean and free of trash.
• Mow, edge, and generally maintain outdoor spaces.
• Perform light plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs as part of the maintenance team.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment; assist with inventory and supplies.
• Move equipment and potentially drive maintenance tractor to different locations on the property.
• Attend daily briefings and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks.
