Job summary

tdgFacilities, a full-service facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring for Full Time Snow Removal/Seasonal Landscape Technicians to support grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role includes operating snowplow trucks and landscaping duties, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday 7am–4pm and overtime during snow events.

Pay rate ranges from $17 to $20 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, PTO, holidays, phone stipend, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience operating snowplows, skid steers, or similar equipment.
• Landscape/Lawn maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Team-oriented, reliable, safety-focused.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, skid steers and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Respond to snow events including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
