Job summary

New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, WI, is offering a part-time Grounds & Maintenance Staff position in a seasonal capacity (6 months or less). You will contribute to a positive guest experience while supporting other golf club operations under Troon.

Primary duties include soil preparation, operating mowers and trimmers, planting and pruning trees and shrubs, trash removal, mulching, and general landscape maintenance. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turfgrass, and flowers.
• Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.
• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains the landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer, and grooming.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
