Job summary

HALVERSON AND BLAISER GROUP - MASTER is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to keep building grounds safe and well-maintained in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves snow and ice removal, sweeping and cleaning exterior surfaces, maintaining access paths, and reporting hazards promptly.

You will also assist with lawn care, trash removal, and basic building repairs while delivering strong resident service. This position may require on-site living as a condition of employment and demands reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education/designations preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and entryways to bare concrete or asphalt.
• Maintain sidewalks, steps, and dumpster areas free of debris and safe for residents.
• Support lawn and landscape tasks and trash collection; respond to resident concerns as needed.
• Assist in building maintenance tasks and report any damages or safety concerns to management.
• Live on-site as required and uphold company values of accountability, invested, and reputation.
