The Goodman Group, LLC currently seeks a Temporary Snow Removal Seasonal Caretaker to support our community. The role provides flexible assistance across the property, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round or seasonally based on property needs.

Responsibilities include snow removal and shoveling, pool operations oversight in summer, grounds maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and reporting safety concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with snow removal and shoveling during winter months.
• Support pool operations including opening, closing, and general overside during summer months.
• Performs grounds maintenance including trash pickup, light landscaping, and common area upkeep.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and community amenities.
• Support light maintenance tasks assigned.
• Monitor property conditions and report safety or maintenance concerns to the management office.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support property performance.
