Qualifications

• Education required: High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience required – None.
• Preferred: 1 year in an industrial environment with a dependable work record.
• License/Certification required – Grain grader and/or weighing certificate; if not obtained before hire must obtain in time to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Fully participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Weigh in/out trucks, take grain samples, and record information.
• Grade grains and perform required tests as applicable.
• Record grades, splits, and other data electronically.
• Direct trucks to the correct location and maintain line movement.
• Provide office support and assist in duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong customer service to build relationships with customers.
