Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking seasonal harvest workers to support local farmers this fall. You will participate in the safety program, perform grain-related duties, and help ensure accurate weighing and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience, teamwork, and a pay rate starting at $17/hour.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with grain weighing certification encouraged or to be obtained after hire. Travel and varied location duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior industrial experience required.
• Grain grader and/or weighing certificate required or obtained soon after hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety Program and pre-shift meetings.
• Follow OSHA safety and environmental regulations and wear PPE.
• Identify inbound trucks and weigh, sample, and record data.
• Conduct tests for grain grading where required.
• Record grades, weights, and related information electronically.
• Direct trucks to correct locations and weigh out empty trucks.
