Job summary

The DeLong Co., Inc. is seeking a Grain Scale Operator for a full-time seasonal role in Wisconsin. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility during peak seasons.

You will manage grain shipments, grade grain, record data, and assist with office tasks. A high school diploma is required, and strong customer service and teamwork are essential. This role offers on-site work in a professional setting with opportunities to contribute to daily

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service at all times when greeting and servicing customers.
Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments for customers at the truck scale.
Grade grain and identify foreign materials.
Record test data and moisture content, and quantities inspected.
Maintain records for trucking weighing and grading activities.
Coordinate delivery numbers, daily inputs, and verify accuracy.
Operate on-scale interface and data transfer.
Respond to customer inquiries at the counter.
Assist with other office functions as needed.
