Job summary

The Mennel Milling Company is seeking a Seasonal - Grain worker in Mexico, IN to help sustain our tradition of excellence and support food safety programs. You will grade grain quality and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced facility.

This role requires weighing and grading grain, using lab equipment to assess quality, and communicating potential issues to supervisors. Candidates must be able to stand long hours during Harvest season and comply with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and work with a respirator.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work long hours during Harvest season.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and sanitation guidelines as directed.
• Weigh and grade grain for quality in inbound/outbound vessels.
• Use lab equipment to assess grain quality.
• Notify managers regarding potential quality issues or equipment problems.
