The Mennel Milling Company is seeking a detail-oriented grain quality technician to support daily operations and uphold our food safety commitments. The role focuses on weighing and grading grain, using lab equipment, and ensuring clean, audit-ready work areas.

You will contribute to quality, consistency, and timely production. Candidates should be able to work long shifts during harvest, maintain strong organization, and communicate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and work with a respirator.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods.
• Must be able to work long hours during Harvest season.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Weigh and grade grain for quality in inbound and outbound vessels.
• Use lab equipment to assess quality.
• Notify managers regarding potential quality issues, equipment problems or reordering of supplies.
• Maintain a clean work station.
• Follow safety guidelines and training as directed by company policies.
