CGB Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Processing Laborer at our Mt. Vernon, IN location.

This role involves outdoor work, maintenance, cleaning, dust control, and assistive duties in the processing plant. Overtime is available and experience is not required beyond a high school diploma. Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, work in varying weather conditions, and follow safety protocols including PPE use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Basic computer and safety tool use may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality programs and pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain clean and organized locations, including dust control and painting tasks.
• Safely operate rolling stock and assist with general plant tasks.
• Complete required documentation and follow directions precisely.
• Assist in processing plant operations as directed by management.
