Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under supervision.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policy and regulations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using appropriate machinery and equipment.
• Monitor and control all load-out functions and operate scale/dump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspect equipment for leaks or issues.
• Maintain inventory quality and deliver products to customer sites.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and report safety concerns to supervision.
