Job summary

CHS Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Operations Specialist based in Morris, MN, with travel between our French, and Fergus Falls locations. This hands-on role supports daily grain operations by assisting with grain grading, working the piler, general cleanup, site maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

The position is expected to run ASAP through the end of November, with operations scheduled up to seven days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using equipment.
• Operate loader, forklift and other machinery as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping across the site.
