Job summary

CHS Inc. in Gwinner, ND is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support grain handling and facility tasks from mid-September to mid-November. The role involves loading and unloading products, equipment maintenance, and warehouse duties on a 7am–7pm schedule.

You will work under supervision, operate loaders and conveyors, and help deliver fertilizer and other ag inputs to customers. This seasonal position offers overtime and potential full-time opportunities after the season.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain products and other materials.
• Operate loaders, forklifts and conveyors to move inventory.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and inspect equipment.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and cooperate with supervisors.
