Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, 1–2 years’ grain handling experience, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced team environment during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience at a grain handling facility.
• Working knowledge of PLC/controls and ability to read amp and percentage meters.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Solid math skills — comfortable with percentages, decimals, and multiplication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work in confined spaces.
• Physical comfort working at heights up to 150 feet and in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak season.
• A genuine safety-first attitude — you look out for yourself and your teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support grain elevator activities, including receiving and load-out.
• Maintain safety standards and assist in daily facility operations.
• Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
