CHS Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our grain elevator operations in North Dakota. As part of the nation’s largest cooperative, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations during the peak season from November through March 2027.

Schedule is generally M-F 8-5 with evenings and weekends when trains arrive, with train loading bonuses. You will load and unload commodities, prepare trucks and railcars, operate loaders and conveyors, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general labor responsibilities under supervision.
• Learn and apply knowledge of commodities handled and regulatory requirements.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading; sample, loosen nuts, open hatches, attach/detach hoses.
• Load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery; bulk or packaged material.
• Monitor load out functions and automated scale/dump systems.
• Perform maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks.
• Maintain inventory quality; ensure safe, orderly workspace.
• Deliver products to customer sites; ensure excellent service.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
