Job summary

Cargill is seeking a seasonal grain handling associate to operate the grain elevator, weigh/grading grain, and support customers across shifts. You will perform administrative tasks, run daily reports, and ensure safety procedures in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, be 18+, communicate in English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime, weekends, and holidays with notice. Training provided and PPE supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).

Responsibilities

• Operate the grain elevator scale to weigh and grade inbound/outbound grain.
• Provide high level customer service by being courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
• Run daily reports, balance statements, and coordinate cross-checks of scale equipment.
