Job summary

Qualifications

Golf/retail experience or education in golf/retail management required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Phone, computer and one-on-one skills are a must.
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Process transactions accurately, handle cash and payments, and manage inventory.
Assist with booking tee times, managing golf cart rentals, and scheduling lessons or events.
Maintain a clean, organized shop and attractive merchandise displays.
Communicate effectively with golfers and staff; resolve inquiries and issues.
Perform clerical duties, filing, data entry, and daily opening/closing procedures.
