Yellowstone Club, LLC in Big Sky, Montana, seeks Outside Services Attendants for the upcoming Summer season. This seasonal full-time role supports Golf Operations, delivering top-tier guest service and maintaining course aesthetics.

Responsibilities include driving range setup, golf cart fleet prep and maintenance, cart staging area setup and breakdown, and friendly, attentive interactions with Members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Assist in set-up, cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the driving range.
• Assist in prep and maintenance of the golf cart fleet daily.
• Assist in set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area.
• Interact with Members, guests and staff in a gracious, attentive, service-oriented manner.

Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for Outside Services Attendants for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment months are June - September.

The Golf Operations Attendants are responsible for all aspects of Golf Operations providing members and their guests with the highest level of customer service and aesthetics through organization and tidiness.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the set-up, cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the driving range
• Assist in the prep and maintenance of the golf cart fleet, on a daily basis
• Assist in the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area
• Approach all encounters with Club Members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner
• Respect all Members privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resources

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
• One to two years’ experience in customer service
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings as required
• Valid Class D Driver’s License
• Knowledge of golf is preferred, not required

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
