Job summary

Ak-Chin Southern Dunes in Maricopa, AZ is offering a part-time Guest Service Attendant role, seasonal for 6 months or less. You will welcome guests, assist with bag drop, and help guests on completion of rounds, while learning golf club operations as part of Troon’s global leader.

This position requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, outdoor work in varying temperatures, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with bag drop and club handling.
• Explain course rules and etiquette; help manage pace of play and respond to questions.
• Maintain and organize golf carts, equipment, and storage areas as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests throughout the day.
• Support the guest services team in maintaining a clean, professional practice facility.
