Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance

The Washington County Golf Course, located in Hartford, WI, is hiring seasonal employees to join our Grounds Crew. Positions are available from April through October, and applicants who are available for a portion of this timeframe, including fall months, will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Painting, cleaning, lawn mowing, general grounds maintenance, light construction.
• Equipment operator duties: mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough, and raking bunkers.

Work Hours

Grounds Crew: Up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and some weekends 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Equipment Operator: 2 to 5 days per week, 3–6 hours per day, usually starting at 5:30 a.m. and some weekends 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience). There are no benefits.
