Job summary

The Tuxedo Club in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Staff member to support the Maintenance Team outdoors. You will help maintain fairways and surrounding grounds, operate small equipment safely, and assist with tournament prep and event setup.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and learning in a dynamic golf environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, plus adherence to safety protocols, are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work April 1 through December 1.
• Operate small landscape equipment safely (blowers, trimmers).
• Wear protective equipment as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain the golf course grounds (greens, tees, roughs).
• Rake bunkers, repair divots, and blow leaves daily.
• Assist in tournament and event prep and setup.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
• Operate larger equipment after proper training.
