Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures seeks a part-time seasonal Grounds Grounds Technician to care for the Grand Casino Hinckley golf grounds and related properties. Responsibilities include planting, bed maintenance, and pest/disease care for turf areas, with equipment operation and daily grounds upkeep.

Role requires one year of landscaping/golf grounds experience, a valid MN driver’s license, and ability to operate tools and equipment. Snow removal duties may be required during winter months.

Qualifications

• One year commercial experience in landscaping, lawn care, golf grounds, maintenance, and snow removal.
• Must have good reading of blueprints/schematics and strong communication skills.
• Valid MN Driver’s License and ability to be insured under company policy.
• Experience operating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plant, and maintain plant beds across the complex and properties.
• Operate mowers for golf turf and grounds maintenance.
• Manage irrigation systems, fertilization, and equipment daily.
• Ensure safety rules and OSHA compliance at all times.
• Move and mark tees, greens, and fairways as directed.
• Perform snow shoveling and general grounds clean-up as needed.
