Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Grounds and Golf Course Maintenance Worker to care for the grounds and gardens across the complex, with golf course duties at the Hinckley property. You will plant, water, weed, mulch, and maintain beds, turf, and related landscapes.

Responsibilities include operation of mowers and equipment up to 80 horsepower, irrigation control, fertilizer spreading, snow removal when needed, and safe use of cleaning materials and tools.

Qualifications

• One year of commercial landscaping, lawn care, or golf grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid MN driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plant, water, weed, mulch plant beds and maintain beds across the site.
• Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and related turf areas with golf course duty at Hinckley property.
• Operate irrigation systems and fertilizer spreaders; maintain equipment and tools.
• Snow removal as needed and during winter conditions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA rules; report equipment issues to management.
