Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking a seasonal, full-time laborer to support shaping, building and finishing golf course features outdoors. No equipment operation is required—just a strong work ethic and teamwork.

You must be able to travel across the United States for extended periods; typical week is Monday through Saturday, with about 60 hours. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO, housing options, health, dental and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites; remove debris and store materials properly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Must travel for extended periods across the United States.
