Job summary

New Berlin Hills Golf Course, part of Troon Golf, LLC, in New Berlin, Wisconsin, seeks a seasonal, part-time Bartender for a 6-month assignment in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include stocking the bar, preparing cocktails, managing inventory, processing payments via POS, and assisting with events. Candidates must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, and possess a Wisconsin bartender license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with bartending experience or training.
• Knowledge of cocktails and wines; ability to follow recipes.
• Valid Wisconsin bartender license or ability to obtain one and age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Stocks the bar, mixes and serves beverages, and assists with inventory control.
• Maintains inventory records and uses POS system for transactions.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the manager and supports event service.
• Performs opening/closing duties, cash handling, and restocking.
