Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Starter/Ranger to interact professionally with guests on the golf course and support a friendly, safe, and efficient resort environment.

You will perform duties with a courteous demeanor, help guests, enforce course rules, and adapt to varying business levels and schedules across a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good organization skills.
• Ability to communicate easily with members and guests.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift repeatedly throughout the day.
• Standing or walking for long periods of time may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a professional manner.
• Operate cart in a safe manner.
• Monitor play on golf course.
• Enforce course rules.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort.
• Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills.
• Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property.
• Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times.
• Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.
