Responsibilities

• Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, refilling condiments.
• Stay updated on menu choices and specials, assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Handle table bookings, greet guests, present menus, suggest dishes and drinks.
• Deliver items, fulfill guest needs, replenish utensils and refills.
• Open and pour wine tableside and assist with special events.
