Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gifts Associate for a part-time seasonal role in Rogers, AR. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find and select items while maintaining store presentation.

Interview on-site during the national hiring event and enjoy employee perks and discounts. This position requires a high school education or equivalent and may include weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and give change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Proficient in operating a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate product features and answer questions.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge through training.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Provide a legendary customer experience with buying guidance.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
