Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Austin, Texas is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory across our network. This role requires resilience and accuracy in fast-paced warehouse operations.

No warehouse experience is required, but you will be trained to pick, pack, inspect, and organize merchandise while adhering to safety procedures. The job may involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional weekend shifts during peak

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties in relation to the receiving and shipping of inventory.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Check Merchandise.
• Process orders through picking.
• General labor and movement of inventory.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Organize inventory and warehouse space.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Abide by all company safety regulations.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• No warehouse experience needed
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work extended hours and some weekends during peak season
• Ability to count and match numbers accurately
• Ability to read small print letters and numbers
• Ability to work on second or third floor
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs boxes
• Possess ability to embrace teamwork, but work independent at a quick pace
