Go! Retail Group, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory management for its retail operations nationwide. responsibilities include processing orders, organizing inventory, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

No warehouse experience is required, with potential for weekend hours during peak season and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site role with a fast-paced team.

• General warehouse duties in relation to the receiving and shipping of inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Check Merchandise
• Process orders through picking
• Move and gather inventory
• Process, package and ship orders accurately

• Contribute ideas on ways to improve and optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately in designated space

• General warehouse duties in relation to the receiving and shipping of inventory

Requirements

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• No warehouse experience needed
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work extended hours and some weekends during peak season
• Ability to count and match numbers accurately
• Ability to read small print letters and numbers
• Ability to work on second or third floor
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs boxes
• Possess ability to embrace teamwork, but work independent at a quick pace
• Help others to improve overall productivity and efficiency
• Follow safety procedures
• Team player with organizational skills
• Other Duties as assigned
