Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer to support day-to-day field operations, including ground clearing, tree removal, and vegetation management.

This temporary position is expected to last approximately 6-10 weeks, with duties ranging from equipment loading to driving company vehicles and operating power tools safely. Travel may be required and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Mowing and weed-eating experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR for 5 years.
• Ability to travel out of state and be gone for 2 weeks if needed.
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Mows and weed-eats vegetation.
• Cuts weeds and removes vegetation.
• Tree cutting experience is a plus.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses power tools safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
