Madden’s on Gull Lake is seeking a seasonal horticulture team member for the 2026 season to assist in planting and maintaining landscape areas and flower gardens around the resort.

The role involves operating turf vehicles, working with the Grounds Lead Horticulturalist, and ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently in outdoor settings. A valid driver’s license is required, and hours run 7:00 AM–3:00 PM on weekdays with seasonal variations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate an EZ-Go or John Deere utility vehicle.
• Maintain flowerbeds and landscape areas around the resort and golf courses.
• Plant, weed, water, and fertilize as needed.
• Assist in directing activities of junior staff.
• Follow safety practices and Madden’s Smoking policy.
• Attend training and staff meetings.
