Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and be aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
