Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during the peak holiday season. Working under supervision, you will focus on sales, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment aligned with our Circle of Life playbook.

You will also assist in stocking, merchandising, and executing store initiatives while greeting guests, answering questions, and helping meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and visual/operational upkeep during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store team member as needed.
