Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and suggesting add-ons during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Maintain clean, organized, and merchandised areas including restrooms per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise to present a well-organized selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to attendance, confidentiality, and ethical policies.
