Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, upsell when appropriate, and thank guests after every transaction.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean and stocked, restock merchandise, and ensure products are presented well on shelves.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and support inventory controls.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store lead as needed.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, confidentiality, and safety guidelines.
