The role entails assisting in daily store operations, maintaining the shopping environment, and ensuring merchandised presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment including visual and operational aspects during holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking shelves and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
