Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service during transactions and upsell items.
• Support store in holiday season sales initiatives and appearance.
• Keep store clean, organized, merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and present shelves.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly; escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to all store policies and confidentiality.
